TIGHT CLUB TERMS OF SERVICE

 

Upon completed receipt of payment, the following contract will be initiated through the completion of services given. This agreement is between, TIght Club (hereby referred to as, The Company) and You (hereby referred to as, the Client) on date of payment. 

Services to Be Provided

The Company agrees to provide the following holistic body sculpting treatment package services ("Services") to the Client:

  • Detailed description of the body sculpting treatments included in the package.
  • Any additional services, such as consultations, follow-up appointments, or aftercare instructions.

Client's Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by the Company.
  • Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the treatment.
  • Attend all scheduled appointments punctually.

Company's Responsibilities

The Company agrees to:

  • Provide the Services in a professional manner and according to industry standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding the Client's personal information and treatment details.
  • Make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client's scheduling preferences.

Cancellation and Credit Policy

Same day or late notice cancellation of the Services by the Client are subject to a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee to pay for our service providers time. The Client is required to cancel a minimum of 24 hours before scheduled time. 

In the event of cancellation by the Client, the Company shall issue a credit equal to the amount paid towards future service of choice offered by the Company. This credit must be used within one year from the date of cancellation. No refunds will be issued for purchased packages or services.

Limitation of Liability

The Client understands and acknowledges the risks associated with holistic body sculpting treatments. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the Services, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bonner County, Idaho. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Bonner County, Idaho.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire treatment agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.

Both parties hereto have agreed to this Tight Club Treatment Package Contract Agreement and all of it's terms and conditions.
