Refund policy

RETURNS + REFUNDS

There are no expiration dates on packages purchased.

All of our studios offer a 2 hour cancellation window after purchases to receive a full refund. Refunds or returns after that window are allowed at a 50% rate of purchase price for 7 days. After 7 days no returns or refunds may be made. Packages may be traded for service items of less or equal amounts.
